Description
The state-owned company Sächsisches Immobilien- und Baumanagement, Dresden 1 branch, is planning the renovation and expansion of the Saxon state parliament. For the redevelopment of the Saxon state parliament, it is planned to free the building as much as possible while continuing to use the plenary hall. For the Interim, the area between the Maritim Hotel and the buildings of the Sächsische Zeitung is favoured. For the planning of the interim there are 2 variants to choose from: Accommodation in container or modular buildings or a permanent accommodation variant for later use as an extension area for the Landtag with subsequent use by other authorities if necessary. The selection of the variant takes place after the economic feasibility study. Approximately 10 000 m2 of usable space is required, of which 3 000 m2 is expected to be available for rent. The preparatory work for the development of the interim building on the site as well as the connections to the drinking water and sewage network on the site and the respective transfer points for connection to the supply and disposal system are part of the planning task. The clearing of the site (pruning of shrubs) as well as the construction of the required foundations is part of the scope of planning. The scope of services also includes the construction site equipment, the preparation of stand areas for a crane and the access roads, the obtaining of necessary permits for the assembly (e.g. traffic safety measures, closures, etc.).The cost framework determined in preparation of this procedure amounts to approx. EUR 9 000 000.00 for the KG 300 and approx. EUR 3 600 000.00 for the KG 400. Project start (start of services) is planned for December 2019 and total completion (LPH 8) for June 2022.
