Description

It is intended to commission specialist planning services for technical equipment (plant groups: sewage, water and gas plants / utilization-specific plants) in accordance with Part 4, Section 2 of the HOAI 2013 for the construction of the ES construction (Lph.1 and 2) of the renovation and extension measure Flachbau Nord-Ost at the Bundeswehrkrankenhaus Ulm. The conversion area flat building northeast consists of 2 floors with medical use and one floor as technical level. All floors are directly connected to the existing high-rise building. Each level has a gross floor area of approx. 5 200 m2. However, the space to be accommodated includes a pure usable area of approx. 14,300 m2, so that a hospital extension is to be planned. At the same time, however, it should be noted that the hospital must remain in full operation even during refurbishment. This will probably result in implementation in several construction phases, starting with a new building. In addition to the two new outpatient centres, diagnostics (radiology and nuclear medicine), microbiology, hospital management, central changing rooms and the connection to the supply and disposal systems are further important components. The total construction costs amount to approximately EUR 130 000 000,00 gross.
