Description

After completion, the listed manor house will contain the complete official administration of the Altenpleen office. For this purpose, offices for the clerks are required. The loft will also contain archive rooms, a kitchenette on the first floor and a meeting room, a wedding room, an event room and a buffet room for the preparation of events/weddings on the ground floor. The subject of this lot is the building and interior planning in the sense of §34 in conjunction with Annex 10 HOAI 2013, LP 4-9, to a contractor. Initially, only work phase 4 of the project planning for buildings and interiors as well as consulting and planning services for fire protection, thermal insulation and energy balancing, building acoustics (sound insulation) and room acoustics is commissioned, and LP 4 is expected to be completed within 2 months of the contract being awarded. The commissioning of further service phases as well as further consulting services or special services within the meaning of §34 in conjunction with Annex 10 HOAI 2013 LP 5 - 9 and consulting services SiGeKo are optional. For the listed manor house a handicapped accessible elevator over 3 floors with one stopping point each is planned in order to guarantee barrier-free access. The object of the lot is the technical planning of structural engineering in the sense of §51 i. Initially, only work phases 1 to 4 will be commissioned in the scope of work of the technical planning for structural engineering.work phases 1 to 4 are expected to be completed within 2 months of order placement. The capacities necessary to guarantee the deadlines must be available in the event of an order being placed. The commissioning of further service phases as well as special services within the meaning of § 51 i. V. m. Annex 14 HOAI 2013 LP 5-6 is optional. Installations for burglar alarm system, house alarm system, disabled call system in disabled WC, intercom system with video, etc. are provided. A data network must also be set up. The lighting is to be provided by LED light sources, switching partly by presence detectors. To ensure barrier-free access, a 3-storey elevator for the disabled with one stopping point each is planned. The subject of the lot is the technical planning of technical equipment (electrical) in the sense of §55 i. V. m. Annex 15 HOAI 2013 Work phases 1 to 9 for KG 440, 450, 460, 470, 480 (plant groups 4 to 8 within the meaning of §53 HOAI 2013) The gradual commissioning is planned.initially, only the work phases 1 to 4 will be commissioned in the scope of work Technical planning - technical equipment.for LP 1 to 4, processing is expected within 2 months of order placement. The capacities necessary to guarantee the deadlines must be available in the case of an order. The commissioning of further service phases as well as special services within the meaning of §55 i. V. m. Annex 15 HOAI 2013 LP 5 - 9 is optional. The heat supply and the central hot water preparation are to take place over a gas hot spring. All rooms are to be equipped with low-temperature compact radiators. The subject of the lot is the technical planning of technical equipment (HLS) in the sense of §55 i. V. m. Annex 15 HOAI 2013 Work phases 1 to 9 for KG 410, 420, and 430 (plant groups 1 to 3 within the meaning of §53 HOAI 2013) The gradual commissioning is planned.initially, only the work phases 1 to 4 in the scope of work Technical Planning Technical Equipment are commissioned.for LP 1 to 4, processing is expected within 2 months of order placement. The capacities necessary to guarantee the deadlines must be available in the case of an order. The commissioning of further service phases as well as special services within the meaning of §55 i. V. m. Annex 15 HOAI 2013 LP 5-9 is optional.
