Description

In order to accommodate a 3rd linear accelerator, its technical infrastructure and functional areas for medical care and evaluation, it is necessary to construct a further usable building area on the site of the University Hospital Magdeburg A.ö.R. The site available for the extension of the Linear Accelerator 3 is located on the grounds of the University Hospital and borders directly on the Clinic for Radiotherapy (House 23). It is currently used as a parking lot. The floor space available for the planning is approx. 950 m2. In addition to the rooms for the device itself, usable areas for the complex building services, the electrical installations and the building control system are planned. Premises for the medical staff and for the patients to be treated (examination rooms, waiting area, changing rooms and bed spaces) will be provided. In the basement an extension building is planned, which is accessible from house 23 as well as from the outside. On the limited property area an RTW driveway, access roads as well as a staircase with ramp to the basement are planned in the outside facilities of the building. Disabled access to the building in accordance with DIN 18040 must be provided. The current car parking spaces on the construction site will be built on the western open space between house 23 and house 40 as a substitute. All valid legal standards and regulations must be consistently implemented during the planning and execution of the extension building for the linear accelerator 3. This also applies to the mandatory application of all fire and health protection regulations applicable at the University Hospital Magdeburg, as well as the relevant regulations for documentation and the inclusion of functional specifications (e.g. for building automation, system identification keys, CAD and hospital hygiene). The tender and order of the 3rd linear accelerator necessary for project execution is not part of this project. Thus the product is specified for the tendered planning and the structural and technical interfaces can flow into the further planning stages. The costs of large equipment will not be offset against the eligible costs of the planning fee.The usable and traffic areas must be optimally designed, the principle of accessibility must be fully taken into account.A programme proposal (building application) has already been drawn up within the framework of the financing planning.a total investment cost of approx. EUR 3.78 million gross (KG 200-700 DIN 276 incl. project management) is available for the project. This budget framework is regarded as the upper cost limit to which the planning services in the service specifications to be commissioned (§§ 34, 51, 55 HOAI) are to be aligned. the documents for the HU construction are to be handed over to the AG for examination on 30.4.2020. The term specified in Section II.2.7) refers to this date. Completion and final invoicing must be completed by 4.10.2021, which requires completion (including proof of use) by 09/2021. The awarding authority/client expects that, in the event of an order being placed, the project team offered will be immediately and fully available to ensure scheduling. If necessary, an increase in team strength must be secured/enabled to ensure that deadlines are met.
