Characteristic of this lot are the small-scale nature of the projects and the location. The consulting services comprise the following focal points:Support of the client's project management in all environmental strategic issues,Preparation of approval concepts to ensure that a project is basically eligible for approval as well as an efficient approach in the preparation of the environmental approval documents,Examination of the methods proposed by the environmental planner before their application for technical suitability,Examination of whether the justification for the choice of method is conclusive and legally secureConceptional support of the preparation of the environmental approval documents, and a. through participation in workshops as well as internal and external project meetings, participation in the definition of structure and relevant contents of the environmental approval documents, definition of specifications for the uniform use of terms, ensuring a stringent "red thread", minimisation of the complexity and scope of the environmental documents, submission of proposals, preliminary examination of the environmental documents for completeness, assistance in the preparation of additionally required performance descriptions, training and coaching of the AG's framework contract partners if required. The lot contains various editing services for permit documents and publications as well as services intended to improve the quality of future permit documents. The object of this lot is the creation of documents and publications as barrier-free PDF files. The basic requirement is conformity with the currently applicable DIN/ISO standard PDF/UA and the currently applicable WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines), AA.
