General planning services for measures to increase attractiveness in various areas of the NaturThermeTemplin (NTT).A) Information on construction measuresThe NTT is a leisure, recreation and health-oriented facility. The basis of the business is the local remedy Thermalsole. NTT offers a wide range of bathing and sauna facilities, wellness, beauty and therapy. The objective of the planned measures is to further adapt the building, attractions and services of NaturThermeTemplin GmbH to the needs of guests and to further improve the quality of their stay. The following conversion and extension measures are planned:1. Brine bath foyer: conversion incl. extension of cash desk and shop area - changing room: path system and design - showers: Construction of new showers, e.g. as an extension of the current showers or in part of the changing room - rest area: Construction of a second level at the level of the transition foyer to the restaurant - children's area: Construction of a new hall including play area - outdoor area: Conversion of the concrete subfloor to lying areas - outdoor area: Construction of a large play area in the immediate vicinity of the outdoor pool and surrounded by lying areas2. Sauna and sauna garden: Conversion of the concrete subfloor into an attractive garden with sunbathing areas, terraces, etc. - outdoor showers: Redesign of the showers and extension of the capacity - rest area outside: Construction of a new rest room outside, e.g. in combination with a sauna (could be built as a replacement for the gallery sauna) - rest area inside: Optional: extension of a winter garden to a sauna or bathroom on the roof; redesign of the existing relaxation room, partitioning off to the remaining hall saunas: conversion of the existing saunas into theme saunas3. Therapy/Wellness corridor UG: Kangalfish (snack fish) as an offer in the corridor set up Inhalation room: Conversion to a new room for duo applications rest room: Redesign of the rest room including graduation work therapy rooms: Redesign of the room including equipment for therapeutic applications4. Further special services: see task descriptionThe intention is to conclude a general planner contract as a step-by-step contract. The services must be completed in such a way that the grant documents can be submitted completely and verifiably by 31 October 2019 at the latest. The services from LPH 4 are only commissioned in stages once financing has been secured (see Section II.2.11). Even then, there is no right to transfer further steps.
