The client is planning a conversion and refurbishment of building 2 at the Bremen-Mitte Clinic. This conversion and renovation measure is part of the overall measure "Partial replacement construction at the Bremen-Mitte Clinic" and complements the construction of building 3 (Clinic), which has already been largely completed, and the current construction of building 4 (Parent Child Centre ELKI / Children's Clinic), which is also taking place at the moment. building 2 has a gross floor area of approx. 18,603.30 sqm (gross floor area). Currently there are almost 400 rooms in house 2, which is the former internal medicine building but is no longer used as such. The building was put into operation in 1928 and is unchanged in all essential parts with the exception of selective maintenance measures. According to the current status, extensive renovation measures are necessary. The aim is to secure the continued existence of the property in the long term and to make it available for predominantly non-medical purposes.a planner is being sought for the scope of services for property planning (buildings and interiors), who plans and monitors the project through all work phases of the HOAI (work phases 1-9 in accordance with § 34 HOAI).the construction measures are to be completed by 30.9.2022 at the latest (i.e. the building is to be converted and renovated ready for commissioning).further details in Annex "Description of the project".
