The subject of the invitation to tender is the award of freelance services / planning services in accordance with § 55 HOAI Technical Building Services for the LPH 1 - to LPH 9 for the plant groups 1-3 and 7 (LOS_1) and the plant groups 4-6 (LOS_2) for the new building for the new building of the Wildenwart children's house.
In the municipality of Frasdorf and the market town of Prien a. Chiemsee there is an urgent need for new kindergarten, after-school care and crèche places. In the course of an inter-municipal cooperation of the municipality Frasdorf and the market town Prien a. Chiemsee, now directly at the municipal border between Frasdorf and Prien, on the property Fl.-No. 314/9 of the parish of Wildenwart in the district of Wildenwart, a joint day care center is to be built in connection with the existing municipal uses and educational facilities (Wildenwart elementary school, Wildenwart parish church, Wildenwart parish hall, Wildenwart elementary school sports field) with good transport links to the St 2093.The new building is to accommodate all the necessary rooms for the construction of a day care center with 2 crèche groups, 3 kindergarten groups and 1 after-school group.Currently, the municipality of Frasdorf is carrying out the corresponding urban land-use planning procedures, with which the legal basis for the development of the day care center is being created.For the object planning of the building, the project is at the beginning of phase 3, and the further specialist planning is now being tendered and awarded. The subject of the present tender is therefore the technical building equipment Annex 1 - 3 and 7 for LOS 1. In view of the constantly increasing demand for childcare places, the municipality of Ainring has decided to build a new daycare center in Mitterfelden. This new building is to accommodate all the necessary rooms for a 6-group operation. For reasons of space, the new building is to be 2-storey plus attic (kindergarten wing) or only at ground level (crèche wing), but without a basement. The room program for the mixed-age facility is to be implemented as a flexible concept for a total of 6 groups with use as both kindergarten and crèche groups. The room allocations are shown in the attached draft planning. Additional requirements from the pedagogical concept of the operator have already been integrated.Separate play areas should be possible for the crèche children and kindergarten children for the garden area.Currently, the project is in the LPH 3 of the object planning building, it is now the other specialized planning tendered and awarded. The subject of the present tender is therefore the technical building equipment anl.gr. 4 - 6 for LOS_2.
