Full name of the proceedings: Expansion of the existing software for treatment planning in radiotherapy, RayStation software for the National Institute of Oncology named after Maria Skłodowska-Curie - National Research Institute Branch in Gliwice.The subject of this order is expansion of the existing software for treatment planning in radiotherapy, RayStation software for the National Institute of Oncology named after Maria Skłodowska-Curie - National Research Institute Branch in Gliwice.
The subject matter of the contract is extension of the existing software for radiotherapy treatment planning, RayStation software, for the Maria Skłodowska-Curie National Institute of Oncology - National Research Institute, Branch in Gliwice. Description of the subject matter of the contract and terms of execution are contained in the following appendices: 1) Technical specification of the order - Annex No. 2 to the SWZ,2) Assortment and price specification, quality requirements - Annex No. 3 to the SWZ, 3) Draft provisions of the contract to be introduced into the content of the contract - Annex No. 6 to the SWZ.2. The Contracting Authority does not anticipate convening a meeting of the Economic Operators in order to clarify the content of the SWZ and does not anticipate conducting a site inspection. The Contracting Authority does not anticipate concluding a framework agreement, setting up a dynamic purchasing system, electronic auction or supplementary orders. 4. 4 No preliminary market consultations were carried out prior to commencing the procedure. (5) The proceedings shall not involve reservations stipulated in Article 94 of the PPL Act. (6) The information clause under Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, the Contracting Authority has included in the SWZ. 7 Information on joint bidding by Economic Operators for the award of the contract is provided in Chapter IX of the ToR.
