Conclusion of a framework contract for the performance of building cleaning (room cleaning, basic cleaning, other cleaning) in the Bundeswehr property:*Mun Vers Zentrum Ost SchneebergAm Mühlenweg15848 Beeskow OT Schneeberg*Commencement: 01.11.2023 (expected)End: 31.10.2027*Period of service provision:Mondays-Fridays*Service provision will take place in the buildings according to the room directory.*Guide values cleaning area:ca. 29,000.00 m²/monthca. 353,000.00 m²/year*An on-site visit is recommended in order to get to know the local conditions.There is no obligation to visit.Subsequent requirements will not be taken into account.*Emptying the collection and separation containers in the buildings, filling the dispenser systems with consumables, emptying the outside ashtrays/outside paper baskets*A security check Ü2 sabotage protection is required for the personnel to be deployed.The future cleaning company will be given the opportunity to initiate this security check in order to be able to complete it before the contract is concluded.*The CL reserves the right to have a trial cleaning carried out in order to check the service approach offered.*Do not enter any prices in the bill of quantities.
