Description
Currently, the number of suppliers for the supply of food is very high. The aim of this call for tenders is to find a suitable supplier who can supply the total demand for food. Accordingly, we are looking for a supplier with a broad and deep range of food products. Standardised settlement processes are defined with the provider and anchored in a framework agreement. A minimum of 80 % of the total volume shall be purchased via the successful tenderer. The client reserves the right to buy on the open market for 20 % of the total volume. 1 300-1 500 meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) are prepared per day. 1 300-1 500 meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) are prepared on the open market for 20 % of the total volume.
