Description

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Appendix 1A to the ToR. The subject of the contract is: purchase, delivery, installation, commissioning in the Ordering Party's seat, in the place indicated by the Ordering Party, i.e. the Institute of Occupational Medicine named after prof. dr Jerzy Nofer in Łódź at ul. św. The St. Teresa of the Infant Jesus No. 8, a brand new measurement set consisting of a mass spectrometer with a single flight time analyzer, a multifunctional sample preparation set and a two-dimensional gas chromatograph (GCxGC-TOF MS).1. time-of-flight mass spectrometer (TOF MS):(a) a two-dimensional chromatograph - GCxGC; (b) a single time-of-flight mass spectrometer (TOF MS); (c) software; (d) an automated gas chromatograph dedicated device allowing, in addition to the introduction of liquid and gaseous samples, the synchronised and robotic preparation of the sample and its introduction into the GCxGC-TOF MS system;(f) 2 dispensers, one with programmable evaporation temperature (PTV) and the other with divisional and non-divisional mode (GCxGC-TOF MS); (f) 2 dispensers, one with programmable evaporation temperature (PTV) and the other with divisional and non-divisional mode (GCxGC-TOF MS). split/splitless, S/SL) gas stream of evaporated sample.g) device for introducing sample into GCxGC-TOF MS system by dynamic headspace method (dHS); h) required consumables, tools, parts and chemical standards; i) station for processing data obtained with GCxGC TOF MS.2 system.Two-dimensional gas chromatography (GCxGC) system with flame ionization detector (FID), electron capture detector (ECD) and automatic robotic liquid and gaseous sample injection system with a minimum 100 sample container:1) GCxGC system FID/ECD.3Conditions for GCxGC-TOF MS, GCxGC FID, device for sample preparation and introduction into the GCxGC-TOF MS system, thermodesorber, PTV inlet, dHS module and control software for the whole system. GCxGC chromatograph and all components, TOF mass spectrometer, equipment for sample preparation and introduction into the GCxGC-TOF MS system, PTV inlet, thermodesorber, dHS equipment, spectrometer pre-pump after the warranty period and software for data control and processing.4The Contractor is obliged to train the users in particular in operation, operation, software and providing substantive assistance.5. The Contractor is obliged to grant a warranty for the device for a minimum period of 24 months and a warranty for the remaining devices being the subject of the order in accordance with the deadline indicated in the manufacturer's warranty documents. The contractor will transfer the longer warranty periods to components, if any, from their manufacturers. The warranty starts from the date of installation, i.e. signing a commissioning protocol by both parties (delivery and acceptance protocol).6 The Contractor is obliged to provide the Customer with warranty and post-warranty service provided by an entity authorized by the manufacturer in Poland and the possibility of remote monitoring of the condition of the camera under warranty or a service contract by the service department.7 The Contractor under the guarantee is responsible for quantitative and qualitative defects immediately after unpacking the subject of the contract with the Customer8. The Contractor shall be obliged to ensure the availability of spare parts for the equipment to the Purchaser.
