Description

The contract concerns the design studies, supply and manufacture and installation of a thermo-gravimetric analyzer (ATG) installed in a glove box. This system will be implemented in the Basic Nuclear Facility (INB) 123-LEFCA. This ATG will be mainly used for the characterization of powders or fragments of dense solid materials (fragments of pellets, metal chips...) The characterizations will focus on:- the quantitative measurement of humidity or thermally degradable compounds (e. g.The service will include important activities for protection (AIP), the contract includes a firm part and 2 optional parts, only the firm part of which is enforceable as soon as the contract is signed.The firm part consists of carrying out equipment design studies, and includes in particular:- studies for the design and implementation of a device to ensure the cooling of gases from the ATG analyser,- studies for the design and implementation of the ATG,- studies for the design and implementation of the ATG,- definition of fluid passages from the outside of the glove box to the inside of the glove box,- studies for the design of the glove box and adaptation to its analytical environment,- certification of the studies by an external body,- participation in all meetings throughout the duration of the firm's services,- the associated guarantees.The optional part 1 consists of the equipment construction phase, and includes in particular- the carrying out of execution studies,- the supply and manufacture, factory tests and recipes, a thermogravimetric analyzer, a glove box, in which the analyzer will be installed, all the equipment necessary for the operation of the analyzer and the glove box, a gas distribution board, a computer system ensuring remote control, data acquisition and security management,- the packaging, transport and delivery of all equipment on site, as well as the transport of the LEFCA unloading area to the installation cell,- assembly, on-site installation, and associated tests, as well as connection to utilities, in particular the electrical connection of equipment to the LEFCA installation network (identified cabinet), the connection of gas lines to the LEFCA installation gas network,- the commissioning of equipment,- the information folder,- on-site reception after nuclearisation,- training of employees in the use of equipment and 1st level maintenance operations,- participation in all meetings, throughout the duration of the services, of the optional part 1,- guarantees,- supply of consumables.The optional part 2, for its part, consists in carrying out on-site maintenance of the equipment after acceptance.
