Description

The subject of the contract is: "Delivery of 4 type C ambulances for medical rescue purposes", described in detail in the ToR and the description of the subject of the contract included in Annex 2 to the ToR. The subject of the contract is financed from an earmarked subsidy provided by the Minister of Health for the purchase of an ambulance for medical rescue purposes, which must be used by 30 April 2020: 1) meet the requirements of the current standards PN-EN 1789+A2 and PN-EN 1865-1+A1 to the extent appropriate to this procedure; 2) have a valid approval (for a car with bodywork) issued in accordance with the provisions of Section III Chapter 1a of the Act of 20.6.1997 Road Traffic Law (consolidated text in Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1990 as amended); 3) meet the conditions set out in the regulations concerning the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31.12.2002. (consolidated text in Journal of Laws of 2016, item 2022); 4) meet the conditions set out in the provisions on the designation of the system National Medical Rescue in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Health of 18.10.2010. (consolidated text in Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1251); 5) meet the conditions specified in the provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 27.9.2003 on the detailed activities of the authorities in matters related to the admission of a vehicle to traffic and specimen documents in these matters (consolidated text in Journal of Laws of 2016, item 1088 as amended). The subject of the contract must be produced in 2019 or 2020. brand new, unused, non-demonstration, non-demonstration, complete, instructions in Polish, must be ready for use and have the equipment and parameters indicated in the description of the subject of the contract in Annex 2 to this ToR.Medical equipment included in the building must have documents allowing for marketing and use in accordance with the Act of 10.5.2010 on Medical Devices (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2019, item 175). The Contractor will provide a guarantee for the delivered ambulances, the validity of which will start from the date of signing a positive protocol of ambulance receipt: 1) for base vehicle - for a period not shorter than 24 months; 2) for medical equipment - for a period not shorter than 24 months; 3) for paint coating - for a period not shorter than 24 months; 4) for body perforation - for a period not shorter than 60 months; 5) for medical equipment - for a period not shorter than 24 months. The Economic Operator at his own risk and expense shall deliver the subject matter of the contract to the Orderer's registered office.
