Description

The subject matter of the contract is the purchase of 1 brand new special medical vehicle with medical equipment. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract has been defined in Annex 2 to the Terms of Reference. The subject matter of the contract is free from physical and legal defects, brand new (year of production: 2021), not previously used by third parties, in particular not used as an object used for demonstration purposes and is of good quality. It has also not been reconditioned before. If in the description of the subject matter of the contract references to standards, technical evaluations, technical specifications and technical reference systems mentioned in art. 101 item 1 point 2 and point 3 of the PPL Act, the Contracting Authority shall allow solutions equivalent to those described. The Contractor, who invokes equivalent solutions, shall be obliged to prove that the solution offered by him meets requirements specified by the Contracting Authority.

Offered medical devices covered by the contract must meet the requirements set out in the Act of 20 May 2010 on medical devices (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2020, item 186, as amended). The purchase in accordance with the Subsidy Contract no POIS.09.01.00-00-0401/21-00/483/2021/154 of Project no POIS.09.01.00-00-0401/21 titled "Purchase of an ambulance with medical equipment and personal protective equipment for the Provincial Ambulance and Sanitary Transport Station "Meditrans" SPZOZ in Warsaw in connection with the implementation of activities related to the prevention, counteraction and eradication of "COVID-19" and other infectious diseases" within the framework of Action 9.1 Emergency rescue infrastructure priority axis IX Strengthening strategic healthcare infrastructure of the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment 2014 - 2020.
