Description

The works aim to ensure the existing Process gas system at AIT is in line with the current standards (HTM02-01 & BCGA guidelines). The scope of the works consists of the following:
• To complete survey and identification of all existing medical gas manifolds to be replaced with or which may form the connection point for new installations
• Disconnecting and replacement of existing manifolds, flexible hoses and regulators within each gas compound as detailed on the drawings.
• Disconnecting and replacement of existing gas regulators within the varies buildings as detailed on the drawings.
• Recommissioning, Testing & Certification to BCGA Guidelines and HTM Standards.
• To complete the role of PSCS and PSDP for the duration of the works.
• To Complete provision of record information and O&M Manuals
• To Complete demonstration and provision of training in use of installed systems
• To Complete provision of samples and spares
• To complete production of As-installed layout drawings and schematic representations of each Process gas systems on the entire campus. As-Built drawings to be provide in AutoCAD Format as-built drawings indicating and including pipework routes, compound gas storage details, gas regulators and gas detection systems locations. Expiry and replacements information to be indicated on as-built drawings, with all drawings issued to the client / engineers for final approval
