Description
Although not subject to Book IV of the Public Procurement Code, the selected prime contractor will be entrusted with a project management mission as provided for in the said book (formerly the MOP law of 12.7.1985 and its implementing texts) composed of the basic mission elements: AVP, administrative authorisations, PRO/DCE, ACT, VISA, DET, AOR and the complementary mission, OPC.This reference to "classic" regulation will allow a better understanding and clarity of the expected missions, and the duration of the project management contract is estimated at 19 months (studies and works, excluding GPA).
