Description
You should be able to supply and manage a monitoring network for gaseous emissions and to provide supporting infrastructure like:
- tilting poles
- solar panels
- batteries (required option)
It wants a fixed network of low-cost sensors in the Antwerp port area, to monitor emissions of volatile organic hydrocarbons through illegal ventilation of cargo tanks of seagoing and inland vessels in real time.
The sensors will be used by non-specialised users who do not have technical knowledge of air quality monitoring.
In addition to the primary focus of real-time monitoring, the port authority must be able to gain insight into spatial and temporal trends and statistics in the port area through analysis of data over a period of weeks, months and years.
Sensors must also be provided for monitoring emissions of substances that are relevant in the context of the European Air Quality Directive (NO2, 03, PM2.5, PM10).
