Supply and installation of high performance A+++ air conditioners on sites in Martinique
The services include the supply and installation of A+++ air conditioners. The corresponding framework agreement will not include a minimum or maximum commitment. Details and quantities (non-binding) are as follows: the majority of the air conditioners to be installed will be monosplit air conditioners in the range of 9 000 BTU/h to 70 000 BTU/h. The framework agreement will not include minimum or maximum commitments. Air conditioners with capacities between 9,000 BTU/h and 18,000 BTU/h will be the most numerous. Within the framework of the market, it is imagined to be installed in the order of 400 air conditioners (replacement of existing and new installations).During these supplies and installations, the results expected from the holder are summarized below:- provide heat balances,- supply, deliver and install the units ordered by EDF in Martinique at the location specified by the latter throughout the territory of Martinique,- meet delivery deadlines,- provide information and advice from the EDF representative in Martinique (identified in advance) on the products, technological developments, and regulations in force in the field,- provide an updated inventory as installation and/or replacement operations are carried out,- provide the Waste Tracking Sheet (BSD) for each unit replacement.Important note: the holder will ensure all necessary and sufficient actions to meet the various requests for replacement of air conditioners necessary to maintain the safety of the electrical system. System safety is very important and implies that the equipment used to control and protect the networks in the source stations can operate at the required temperatures. Thus, any malfunction of the air-conditioning system can cause breakdowns or loss of structures with serious consequences on the safety of the electrical system, as the air-conditioning units in source stations operate practically 24 hours a day, particularly in relay rooms and HV trains.
