RPWM 02.04.02 Development of vocational education and training in Elbląg - ZIT bis Elbląg projects. The purchase of equipment is necessary for the realization of project assumptions, i.e. the increase of quality of vocational education of students in Economic School Complex in Elbląg.
The subject matter of the contract is the design, delivery and installation of air conditioning equipment for the project "Masters of the profession - increase in the quality of vocational training in Elbląg" co-financed by the European Union - European Social Fund from the Regional Operational Programme for the Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodeship for 2014-2020.2. Functional and utility program1.1 Subject of the contractDesign, delivery and installation of air conditioning equipment for the project "Vocational champions - increase in the quality of vocational education in Elbląg" co-financed by the European Union - European Social Fund from the Regional Operational Program of the Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodeship for 2014-2020 1.2 Location: Economic School Complex in Elbląg, 1281 Królewiecka Street.3 Employer: Municipality of Elbląg, ul. Łączności 1 82-300 ElblągThe functional-utility program is included in APPENDIX NO. 9 to the SWZ.3. The subject matter of the contract includes the following scope of work: a) design work: execution of the detailed design of the air-conditioning system, b) preparation of the bill of materials and equipment, c) delivery and installation of the air-conditioning system in the indicated rooms, d) carrying out warranty inspections of the executed air-conditioning system.4. The scope of the contract includes the delivery and installation of the following air-conditioning devices: a) Workshop No. 1 (confectionery workshop) - ceiling air-conditioner min. 10 kW - 1 piece. b) Workshop 2 (chocolate workshop) - underfloor air conditioner min. 7 kW - 1 unit. c) Workshop 4 (for cooks) - wall air-conditioner min. 5 kW - 2 units. d) Workshop 7 (for cooks) - wall air-conditioner min. 7 kW - 1 pc. e) Pantry (laboratory 10) - wall air-conditioner min. 3.5 kW - 1 pc. f) Workshop No. 10 (kitchen) - wall air-conditioner min. 7 kW - 1 pc. g) Workshop No. 23 (meat processing) - wall air-conditioner min. 7 kW - 1 unit. h) Workshop 23 (meat processing) - ceiling air-conditioner min. The Contracting Authority hereby informs that he does not intend to award a contract referred to in art. 214 par. 1 item 8 of the PPL Act.c.d. entries from section II.2.14):The file (original guarantee or surety, in electronic form) shall be submitted together with the offer by means of the Form for Submitting an Offer available for this procedure on the website of the conducted procedure.c.d. entries from section VI.3):e) Article 109, item 1, point 1 of the PPL Act, regarding violation of obligations concerning payment of local taxes and fees referred to in the Local Taxes and Fees Act of 12 January 1991 (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1170),If the Economic Operator has a seat or place of residence outside the territory of the Republic of Poland, instead of documents mentioned in section VI.3)3. item 1), 3)-5) of the notice - shall submit the documents specified in § 4 of the Regulation of the Minister of Development, Labour and Technology of 23 December 2020 on subjective evidence and other documents or statements which may be required by the Contracting Authority from the Economic Operator (Journal of Laws 2020, item 2415).
