The subject matter of the order is the performance of active protection measures on State Treasury owned land properties managed by the Forest Inspectorate Bielsk, with a total area of 4.57 ha, located: in the Pawły Forestry: on plots of land 430, 425, 426, 427, located in the geodesic area of Kaniuki plot 1116/1 within the geodesic area of Ryboły, Zabłudów Municipality, in the Hołody Forestry plot 1821 within the geodesic area of Hryniewicze Duże, Bielsk Podlaski Municipality, and in the Kleszczele Forestry plot 3997/3 within the geodesic area of Kleszczele, Kleszczele Municipality. Bielsk Podlaski: 182/1 from July 15th to September 30th (year 2022 ) in 2023 r to August 28th 5- Kleszczele Gm: 3997/3 from August 1 to September 30 (year 2022) in 2023 r to August 28 3.3 The work includes mowing grass once a year on grasslands of the Bielsk Forest District with an area of A) 4.04ha and B) 0.53ha. The location of areas to be covered by the service has been presented in the table, point 3.14. 3.14. Total size of all areas is not subject to change. The work consists in:- mowing the grass;- collecting the dry biomass and transporting it to the place indicated by the contracting authority, or (in the case of unfavorable conditions) piling it up and transporting it on another convenient date, but no later than the date specified in point 3.12.3.4 The height of the surface biomass removal is: Table A - 10 cm above the ground level, and in the case of habitats with a clump structure, the height of the treatment is set at 5 cm from the top of the clump. The treatment may not damage the structure of the clumps, permanently destroy the vegetation, or damage the peat structure.
