Description
The Management and Maintenance unit of the municipality of Apeldoorn (hereinafter: client) intends, by means of this European public tender procedure, to enter into a framework agreement with one party concerning the hiring of machines including the driver for the tree plough. The work mainly consists of felling trees with a mobile crane. The client intends to enter into a framework agreement for a definite period of time. The framework agreement commences on 1.5.2020 and terminates ipso jure on 30.4.2021. After the initial term, the framework agreement can be renewed three (3) times by one (1) year. award is made on the basis of best value for money (price 60 %/quality 40 %). N.B. the work is mainly carried out in the period mid-October to mid-April with an interruption of 2 weeks around Christmas and New Year's Eve.
