Chile - Agreement for the supply OF Oral medication g-5 in case OF non dispatch OF cenabast for 24 months for the hospital DEL Salvador

Description

That, the Hospital del Salvador needs to have an AGREEMENT FOR THE SUPPLY OF ORAL MEDICINES G-5 IN CASE OF NO DISPATCH OF CENABAST FOR 24 MONTHS FOR THE HOSPITAL DEL SALVADOR in order to satisfy in an adequate and efficient way the welfare work during the period 2020-2022.

That, by means of Ordinary No. 223, dated January 25, 2012, the Under-Secretariat for Healthcare Networks of the Ministry of Health instructs the Health Services and Self-Managed Hospitals Network to implement "Complementary Measures" to ensure the supply of medicines intermediated by CENABAST, in the face of repeated stock-outs and non-compliance by their providers;

That, for the amount determined, the present bidding is located in the section for contracts equal to or greater than 1,000 UTM and less than 5,000 UTM, in accordance with Article 19 bis of the Regulations of Law No. 19,886;

That once the respective consultations have been made, the provision of these goods or services is not available through Framework Agreements offered in the Information System of the Purchasing Department, www.mercadopublico.cl
