1.     1.  HQ AFRC Small Business Office along with the acquisition team will conduct an Industry Day at the Georgia Tech Research Institute Conference Center, 250 14th Street, NW Atlanta Ga 30318 October 16 – 17, 2019 from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.  The event is being held in support of the AFRC Command Wide Base Operations Support requirements.  The Industry Day is intended to conduct dialogue with prospective offerors to allow the Government to develop an acquisition strategy that achieves cost-effective performance with a manageable level of risk.  Aside from determining customary commercial practices as they relate to the functional requirements of the AFRC Base Operations Support acquisitions, we are interested in learning your viewpoint regarding contract structure, contract length, evaluation criteria, contract pricing, source selection approach, PWS and workload estimates.   
2.     2.  Requirement Background:  The requirements for Base Operations Support services consists of day-to-day base operation and maintenance services.  The requirements fall within, but not limited to, the following functional areas:  Material Management, Ground Transportation and Vehicle Management, Traffic Management, Real Property Maintenance, and Fuels Management.  In addition, the prospective offeror may support military exercises, UTA weekends, training of Reservists and contingency support.  The prospective offeror will also provide all personnel, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, and other items and services necessary to perform the requirement with the exception of the Government Furnished Property identified within the PWS. 
3.     3.  To start the first day of the Industry Day, an informational briefing will be conducted.  This briefing will afford interested parties an opportunity to hear an overview of the requirement.  There will be break-out sessions for the different functional areas of the requirement in which more detailed information will be provided concerning the area.  One-on-one meetings will be scheduled for the second day of the Industry Day and will not exceed 30 minutes per contractor.  A tentative agenda is attached to this notice; the Government reserves the right to adjust the agenda as necessary based upon the number of interested prospective offerors. 
4.    4.  In order to attend the Industry Day, the following forms are required from each interested party:
a.      Company Registration Form
b.     Individual Registration Form
c.      Industry Day Questionnaire

5.     5.  Draft Performance Work Statements (PWS) and the Industry Day Questionnaire is attached to the notice. 
6.     6.  We appreciate your interest and thank you in advance for participating in the Industry Day.  NOTE:  Information provided during the Industry Day will not qualify the terms and conditions of any resulting Request for Proposal (RFP).  All questions and answers will be posted to this notice after the Industry Day.
