France - Aerodrome lighting and beaconing

Description

This procedure comprises six (6) lots relating to the supply of aeronautical lighting equipment and accessories. Each of the lots will be the subject of a separate framework agreement for a period of four (4) years. Each lot includes a minimum and maximum amount fixed in value.
The scope of the services is as follows:- supply of wind direction indicators,- supply of retro-reflective beacons,- supply of truncated cone beacons,- supply of complete technical documentation on paper and/or computerised media.This agreement includes a minimum amount of EUR 50 000.00 and a maximum amount of EUR 500 000.00 for the four (4) years. The scope of the services is as follows:- supply of primary cables,- supply of primary and secondary lighting cable connectors,- supply of isolation transformers,- supply of connection cables,- supply of constant current regulators,- supply of spare parts,- supply of complete technical documentation on paper and in electronic form,- technical assistance before or during the installation of the equipment,- training for the installation of the regulators.This agreement includes a minimum amount of EUR 70 000.00 and a maximum amount of EUR 1 500 000.00 for the four (4) years. The scope of the service is as follows:- supply of flush mounted lights-- runway edge,-- Stop Extension (PA),-- multi-functional omnidirectional,-- taxiway edge,-- taxiway centreline or runway turnaround area,-- approach and approach reinforcement,-- runway threshold,-- runway end,-- combined threshold and runway end,-- runway centreline,-- touchdown zone,-- stop bar,-- helipad touchdown and takeoff area (TLOF),-- helipad final approach and takeoff area (FATO),- provision of high lights:-- runway edge,-- Stop Extension (PA),-- multi-functional omni-directional,-- runway delineation supplemental lighting,-- taxiway edge,-- approach and approach reinforcement,-- threshold and threshold flank bars,-- runway end,-- runway threshold identification high flash (RTIL),-- visual approach slope indicators (PAPI),-- supply of tools for the installation and adjustment of the lights,- supply of complete technical documentation on paper and/or computer,- technical assistance before and during the installation work,- training for the installation of the various lights.This agreement includes a minimum amount of EUR 70 000.00 and a maximum amount of EUR 1 500 000.00 for the four (4) years. The scope of the service is as follows:- supply of indicator panels that can operate in serial or parallel type of beaconing,- supply of complete technical documentation in paper and/or computer format.This agreement includes a minimum amount of EUR 20 000.00 and a maximum amount of EUR 200 000.00 for the four (4) years. The scope of the services is as follows:- supply of lamps for the various aeronautical lighting lights and panels,- supply of complete technical documentation on paper and/or in electronic form.This framework agreement comprises a minimum amount of EUR 50 000.00 and a maximum amount of EUR 500 000.00 for the four (4) years. The scope of the services is as follows:- supply of obstacle markers,- supply of complete technical documentation on paper and/or electronic media.this framework agreement has a minimum amount of EUR 10 000.00 and a maximum amount of EUR 60 000.00 for the four (4) years.
