Services of strategy, ideation and production of communication or advertising campaigns whose total creative amount exceeds EUR 4 000 (VAT excluded) (price without execution of materials), as well as the creation, preparation and execution of original graphic, sound, audiovisual or multimedia materials for the institutional advertising of the city council in the media linked to the "Framework Agreement for the Contracting of the Purchase of Media Spaces".Of communication for the insertion of institutional advertising campaigns in the "local broadcasting environment" in 2020, regardless of their amount, except those that are adaptations of designs already made or awarded in lot 2, in which case they will be made by their authors. Design services with creativity of graphic, sound, audiovisual or multimedia originals, as well as the ideation of communication actions whose global creative amount is less than EUR 4 000 (VAT excluded) (price without execution of materials). The products which may be covered by this lot are listed in Annex 2.2 (tariff).
