Description
consulting, purchase and management of media space. The present consultation is conducted by the Government Information Service (Sig) for its own needs and for the needs of the administration services attached to the Prime Minister, the Defender of Rights, the CNIL, the DILA, all the ministries and secretariats of state, the General Directorate of Civil Aviation (Dgac) and the following operators: the agency for the environment and energy management (Ademe), the national cancer institute (Inca), Santé publique France (Spf), the national public health agency, the national housing agency (Anah), the national solidarity fund for autonomy (Cnsa), the civic service agency (Asc), the French biodiversity office (Ofb), the national games agency (Anj). The SIG acts in the name and on behalf of other contracting authorities, within the framework of a mandate concluded with the State Purchasing Department
The purpose of this contract is to provide advice, purchase and management of media space. This contract is part of the mutualization system for the purchase of advertising space for government information campaigns that has been in place since September 2003. It also contributes to reinforcing the organization and coordination of the state's communication, which is managed by the SIG
