Description

(1) Conception:- Kick-off at the TMBJS or at the headquarters of the agency,- Continuation & further development of the existing Thür. Teacher recruitment campaign with a special focus on social media,- conception of materials for all communication channels in campaign design,- media planning according to the points mentioned under (2),- cost planning, timeline & corresponding milestones,- participation in international & ext. presentation appointments,- implementation of workshops with representatives* of the target group & other multipliers.(2) implementation:- campaign support (consulting, planning, support, project management),- further development of the campaign site www.erste-reihe-thueringen.de, incl. Search engine optimization, maintenance & support; if necessary, setting up & programming new functionalities,- development of an app for job search & a chatbot for automated consulting,- ad development for different target groups,- intensification of ad placement in selected local & supra-regional print media, online portals & job exchanges, apps & target group-specific publications; if necessary, initiation & co-supervision of suitable media cooperations,- planning & implementation of out-of-home measures in Thuringia,- development & implementation of radio spots for mitteldt. Space, podcasts if necessary,- Development & implementation of required brochures & flyers in the areas of career & study orientation, career entry & school system,- Planning & implementation of mailing campaigns, e.g. info school kits to all Thür. Schools, - development & implementation of trick explanation videos (e.g. recruitment procedures), - intensification of social media activities incl. concept development, strategic consulting, development & implementation of content, if necessary with suitable multipliers (influencers, state marketing Thuringia) and appropriate Advertising; current channels: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube,- Development & implementation of short video portraits of teachers* and/or schools for the homepage & the social media,- Continuation & further development of the video format "Job offer of the month" (see www.lehrerstellen-thueringen.de),- Development & implementation of advertising materials for career orientation, study & graduate fairs,- Further development of equipment for trade fair stands & events, expansion of existing equipment as required,- Expansion of trade fair activities; support in the preparation & implementation of trade fair visits,- Continuation & further development of existing event formats; Support in the development, preparation and implementation of new event formats,- connection to the state marketing department as well as the prospective employer brand of the Free State of Thuringia,- intensification of cooperation with recruitment agencies (headhunters) for particularly hard-to-fill vacancies,- optional: Cinema advertising, development & installation of further social media channels (e.g. B. Snapchat, TikTok), blog formats.(3) Project management and performance review:- Organisation & implementation of all measures necessary for implementation, including photo/video recordings, text/programming work, media planning, advertising, printing, production & delivery services etc,- Coordination of all special service providers & subcontractors required for implementation,- Connection of regional players under the umbrella brand "Erste Reihe",- On-site appointments at the TMBJS premises & regular telephone calls; min. one fixed telephone appointment per week, at least one personal working meeting per quarter; participation in working groups & team meetings in the TMBJS after arrangement, - quarterly performance measurement & reporting, incl. strategy check-up after half the term & annual report. the list only specifies the minimum requirements. In principle, all measures that are conducive & necessary for the implementation of the campaign are subject to tender. The TMBJS receives the exclusive, unrestricted and transferable right to use the services rendered.
