Description

The subject of the contract is the service of preparing and conducting a comprehensive campaign promoting reading in Poland in 2019, which is a continuation of the campaign "A small book - a great man" implemented by the Book Institute in 2018, addressed to people with children (parents and grandparents), promoting reading from birth and going with children to libraries.Within the framework of the contract, the Economic Operator will ensure preparation of the concept, creation and publication of materials covered by the campaign and carrying out activities, in particular in the following scope: 1) production of audiovisual materials promoting the campaign (spots, virals, reports from events, etc.), 2) running the campaign website (www....a big-man.pl),3) administering profiles in social media (FB, Instagram, Twitter, YT channel),4) preparing Key Visual campaigns (posters, graphics, memes),5) paid promotion on FB and advertising activities on the Internet (native advertising, TVN player and/or VOD TV / pre roll),6) radio and TV advertising (creating spots, buying air time),7) outdoor advertising (creating and printing materials, renting media),8) event marketing (planning and conducting events promoting reading),9) ambient activities in the public space (Krakow, Warsaw),10) PR activities (press conference, distribution of press materials, media monitoring, production of promotional gadgets).
