Description

The State of Berlin, represented by the Senate Department for the Environment, Mobility, Consumer Protection and Climate Protection, intends to conclude a framework agreement with a communications agency for communications services on the topics of the environment, mobility, consumer protection and climate protection.
The contracting authority intends to conclude a framework agreement with a basic term of two years and provides for two renewal options of one year each up to a total contract term of 48 months. The framework agreement does not entitle the contractor to a specific order volume. The number of communication measures is also not specified. The client places individual orders as required, the services of which must be specified in advance in each case. The contractual relationship between the Contractor and the Client for the entire term of the contract is governed by Annex B.1 - Framework Agreement on Communication Services.
