The consultation is launched to build up a talent pool of service providers, within a multi-awarded framework agreement, to support the association in:- its offline communication actions and supports (graphic design, printing, advertising objects, etc.);- its online communication actions and supports (social media animation);- the creation of new web projects and the redesign/resumption of existing web projects.
This lot concerns the graphic creation of the following products (example of expected services):- flyers graphic design;- brochures graphic design;- roll up and banners graphic design;- creation of a graphic charter (logos, colours, typos).Concerning this lot, the selected service provider(s) will have to provide the source files (.ai, .psd, etc.) and all the elements used (typography, photos, etc.). This lot concerns the printing of the following products (example of expected services):- business cards;- greeting cards and postcards;- flyers, leaflets, brochures;- brochures and leaflets;- photocall;- roll up, totem, kakemono;- beachflags, banners;- USB keys;- T-shirts etc.;- t-shirts etc.;- brochures and leaflets;- brochures and leaflets;- brochures, leaflets, brochures;- brochures and leaflets;- photocall;- roll up, totem, kakemono;- beachflags, banners;- t-shirts etc. This package concerns the following services (example of expected services):- team portraits;- packshots (products);- selfie box (photo kiosk);- etc. This package concerns the following services (example of expected services):- event reporting;- live capture and broadcast on social networks (Youtube, Facebook...) with credits and video packaging and the possibility to integrate remote speakers (Streamyard type tools, etc.);- product/service demonstration;- corporate/company video. This package concerns the following services (example of expected services):- animation/moderation of events: live, round table, broadcast, interview, trade fair... in particular on the following themes: economy, maritime, digital, innovation, new technologies, industry, culture... This will include upstream preparation with the team and the various speakers: participation in the construction of the editorial line, running editorial conferences with the people designated by TVT, preparing a programme, etc.;- video voice-over. This package concerns the following services (example of expected services):- public relations/press consultancy;- drafting of press releases and press kits;- sending the press release and press kit to a file of qualified journalists;- follow-up with journalists;- assistance in organising a press conference. This package concerns the following services (example of expected services):- animation and management of social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin, etc.):-- creation of content;-- management of private comments/messages;-- content monitoring and strategy. This package concerns the following services (example of expected services):- creation of a website (custom-made or showcase site) directly managed by the TVT team:-- responsive: the service provider(s) will have to propose sites adapted to the different screen formats (tablet, telephone, Pc).-- SEO: an SEO package must be included in each site creation with SEO support and advice. Webdesign: two scenarios:--- paragraph presence of graphic charter: from the graphic charter, the service provider(s) will propose the webdesign of the site;--- paragraph absence of graphic charter: the service provider(s) will propose a particular webdesign from a brief (no graphic charter to be respected, only logos to be displayed);-- web development and bug correction.
