Description

To publish its job advertisements, the Federal Environment Agency (UBA) requires an agency that provides the services listed in detail in the service description. The types of advertisements are:- job advertisements (see Appendix 1 for a sample),- image advertisements (see Appendix 2 for a sample) and- obituary advertisements (see Appendix 3 for a sample).UBA publishes between 10 and 30 job advertisements per year. Over the last seven years, the average number of job advertisements per year has been 19. Publication in print media takes place only in one medium per personnel advertisement. In individual cases, 2 media are used for online publication. The number and financial volume of ad placements depend on the respective business volume and the budgetary requirements of the Federal Government to be observed. The placement takes place throughout Germany and extends to national and regional newspapers, trade journals and online job exchanges. The number of hits on advertisements in online job exchanges must be documented by the agency and reported to UBA at the end of publication. The contract is awarded for a period of 4 years (contract period: 1.2.2020 to 31.1.2024).
