Description

- advice and support in the various phases of developing BF's global and annual communication and information strategy, with the aim of increasing enrolment in training and promoting training and professions in shortage,- communication actions are diverse and may include a reputation campaign, recruitment for training courses in Brussels Formation or its partners, as well as support for the creation of names (or updating existing names) and brand concepts (example: identity of a Brussels Training Centre, entitled a training or service...),- permanent advice to BF teams on communication issues,- design and implementation of media communication actions (all media), excluding media and digital (site, social networks, community management, e-rp, operations and digital tools...) of BF, in consultation with the service provider responsible for space purchase, if applicable,- control of the proper functioning, the design and implementation and evaluation of key indicators (quantitative and qualitative) measuring the effectiveness of the communication action(s), - in particular the monitoring, analysis and assessment of digital communication actions, - the general coordination of actors (agency teams, external service providers and stakeholders) and communication actions.
