Description

The services for the conception and implementation of a sales-oriented youth marketing campaign shall be invoiced with a fee and shall be based on the concept proposed by the bidder in the invitation to tender. All contents offered and agreed with the client must be taken into account in the fee flat rate. Initial tasks are the creation of an integrated and cross-media concept within the framework of the new sales-oriented youth marketing campaign to be developed, such as the development of an overall concept as a nationwide bracket and for regional connection for marketing and sales activities in the area of the young target group (age: 14-30 years), including adaptation to the current market conditions and possible integration of third AOK partners (e.g. publishers, market research institutes, other agencies). Furthermore, the development of target group-specific marketing measures, offers and campaigns at federal and state level of the AOK system is expected for the sub-target groups "pupils (from 14)", "trainees and young gainfully employed persons and "students" (up to 30 years of age). Every conceivable type of advertising medium is possible. The creation of campaign images, moving image material, layouts for online campaign pages/web applications and online/mobile advertising media, campaign modules with event character and marketing media or even promotion measures are also expected, for example. In the future, the eleven AOKs are to be more strongly integrated into the campaigns in AOK youth marketing. The regional use, in particular the sales use, must be taken into account. There is no obligation for the client to call up all listed services. The order is placed according to previously negotiated prices for initial tasks and retainers for regular services. Additional tasks will be assigned by individual cost estimates based on agreed hourly and daily rates.
