Description

The following services must be provided by the contractor DSGVO-compliant:- Development of a modern master ad layout, as well as the creation of target group-specific intros and outros of job advertisements within the framework of agency on-boarding,- Target group analysis and targeting proposal regarding third-party data providers,- Creation and/or adaptation of external job advertisements, including Proofreading,- Creation of advertising measures within the framework of programmatic and social media job advertising,- Recommendation of suitable channels, on the basis of data-based research, for target-group-oriented addressing of actively seeking and latently changing willing candidates,- Publication of job advertisements/advertising measures on the selected channels,- Campaign management, d. h. active, continuous monitoring of the job advertisement/advertising measure during its term (optimisation of the text of the job advertisement, of the advertising measure (e.g. A/B-Testings, budget allocation) or channel selection),- Provision of a suitable dashboard for continuous performance measurement of impressions, CTR, clicks on job ads and on the application button (soft lead) including integration of a web analysis tool (currently Webtrekk "Q3") as well as ad server (currently AdForm) and DSP,- Invoicing of internal and external services, - annual exchange for cooperation in the form of a personal appointment at the business premises in Frankfurt with the main contact person(s) of the Contractor and the recruiters of KfW.
