Description

The agency awarded the contract takes on the following tasks:- preparation of media planning for B2B and B2C communication based on the framework conditions,- negotiation with publishers, media groups and online media,- development of proposals for measures with the aim of integrating campaigns of regional and local tourism organisations (in terms of content and time),- formulation of key performance indicator targets,- media purchasing and invoicing, preparation of production plans, voucher and deadline monitoring, voucher procurement,- preparation of media plans which are regularly updated and, if necessary, updated,- preparation of media plans for the B2B and B2C communication based on the framework conditions,- negotiation with publishers, media groups and online media,- development of proposals for measures with the aim of integrating campaigns of regional and local tourism organisations (in terms of content and time),- formulation of key performance indicator targets,- media purchasing and invoicing, preparation of production plans, voucher and deadline control, voucher procurement,- preparation of media plans which are regularly updated and, if necessary, updated. to be adapted to changed financial, time and content conditions,- preparation and ongoing maintenance of a detailed cost plan,- technical installation of the advertising media. The creation is not part of this invitation to tender - optimisation of the campaign during its duration, - monitoring of success (reporting) and evaluation of the achievement of objectives of the measures, - examination of external offers (e.g. of media partners, publishers, service providers), evaluation for TA.SH and discussion of recommendations for action, - communication with the creative agency, - appointment of a permanent contact person. Great importance is attached to telephone, written and personal communication,- Regular telephone conferences (1-2 weeks) during the campaign period, as well as at any time as required,- On-site appointments at the TA. SH in Kiel for the purpose of coordinating and preparing the measures and presenting the results (every six months),- conducting a "media training" (1/2 day) at TA.SH in Kiel at the beginning of the contractual relationship.the expected media budget for 2020 is estimated at EUR 700 000.00.
