Description
There is a strong focus on efficient work processes in the new municipality, and Noark5 case and archive systems for open and secure zones must support this. The system must be able to integrate closely with i.a. administrative professional systems (for example, HR/Finance) and with professional systems related to the childhood and youth sector and the health service, etc., in order to reduce double recordings and unnecessary work processes. To ensure data capture, standardised archiving and standardised extraction for transfer to the depot. New systems for both open and secure zones must be in full operation with integrations by 1.1.2020. In the testing environment, the system must be completed and ready for the implementation of integration works towards professional systems by 3 months from contract signing. The contracting authority reserves the right to decide when the different components of the offered system shall be in operation. The implementation and use be agreed with the new supplier. A draft of the tender documentation is attached to this qualification documentation. The contracting authority reserves the right to make smaller, unsubstantial alterations of the documentation prior to inviting the tenderers to submit tenders. The contracting authority indicates that the exceptions according to the regulations §13-2 a, c and d will apply to the procurement. The contracting authority has considered dividing up the assignment in accordance with PPR §19-4, and has determined that it is most appropriate to have one total supplier of a case/archive system.
