The purpose of the Société d'habitation et de développement de Montréal (the Société) is to contribute to the economic and social development of Ville de Montréal by developing residential, institutional, industrial, commercial and cultural real estate assets on its territory. The Société is a non-profit, paramunicipal organization that is financially self-sufficient and an agent of the City of Montréal.
The Corporation requests bids, which must be received by 10:30 a.m. on the date indicated below, at the Corporation's office located at 800 De Maisonneuve Boulevard East, Suite 2200, Montréal, Québec, H2L 4L8.

To be validly received, the tender documents must be placed in a clearly identified envelope bearing the project description and the tender number, which must be sealed.
Bids received will be opened publicly at the Company's office immediately after the expiry of the deadline for receipt.
The tender documents will be available in French only. Bidders must have, at the time of filing the bid, a business establishment in Quebec, or in a territory covered by an intergovernmental agreement on the liberalization of markets applicable to this call for tenders and hold a valid certificate issued by Revenu Québec.
The Company does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the bids received and does not assume any obligation of any kind whatsoever towards the bidder or bidders.
