Acquisition of one (1) truck-mounted snowblower, including installation in accordance with the following specifications:

S086E-1908 : Truck mounted snow blower (4 X 4), 2,600 metric tons/hour
S112AE-1501 : Signalling arrow, with light-emitting diode (LED) lamps

S112AE-1501:
A- Touch membrane control keyboard and management box for basic function
D- Aerodynamic motorized boom support
Optional equipment
Optional equipment listed in the characteristics is not automatically included in the RFx. They are required only when specified in the description of the deliverables to be provided. If the description does not mention it, the basic characteristic applies, without taking into account optional equipment.

The supplier undertakes to deliver the requested goods no later than 6 months after the purchase order is issued, in accordance with the requirements of this document. All equipment and accessories must be new and of the 2019 model year or later.
Supplier evaluation
The RMC will evaluate the performance of suppliers and will not be required to award contracts to them for two (2) years following an unsatisfactory performance evaluation.
Minimum guarantee required: Two (2) full years (2,000 total hours) for all assets. This coverage must cover parts and labour, and this, without any deductible amount.
Replacement parts under warranty
In this purchase file, any costs inherent (transport, management, etc.) in replacing parts covered by the guarantees requested in the call for tenders must be borne by the successful tenderer. Any other costs associated with the application and validation of the guarantee are also covered by the guarantee offered by the successful tenderer.
Training courses
The supplier must schedule two days of training at the delivery workshop (Val-d'Or workshop). The following elements should be covered during the training:
Technical description of the good or equipment;
Operation and maintenance characteristics for operators;
Maintenance features for workshop staff;
Warranty conditions
The Project Authority will contact the supplier to coordinate training needs and activities.
The bidder must include in its bid all costs related to training (transportation, accommodation, salaries, etc.)
