Description

SigmaSanté is a non-profit organization for the joint procurement of goods and services mandated by the health and social services institutions of the administrative regions of Montréal (06) and Laval (13).
He acts as an agent for these institutions, but is not personally liable to third parties. Each establishment is individually bound by the contract(s) that may result from this call for tenders.
The call for tenders covers the acquisition of equipment and products for practices such as: sampling needles, barrels, sharps boxes, blood culture bottles, alcohol containers, cultured containers (applicators/mounted rods), sampling devices, screening kits, tourniquets, transport media, sampling jars, tubes (with tapered capillary sampling), base and splint plaster, copper coil and pessary.
The agreement to be entered into is for an initial term of TWO (2) years with firm prices and THREE (3) renewal options of TWELVE (12) months each.
Only submissions completed electronically on https://www.appeloffres. ca and received no later than July 12, 2019 at 9:30 a.m. Montreal local time will be considered.
We invite you to an information session scheduled for June 20, 2019 at 9:30 a.m., at 2953 Bélanger Street, Suite 202, Montreal H1Y 3G4.
The purpose of the information session is, in particular, to recall certain particularities regarding the requirements of the Call for Tenders and to answer questions from bidders on any aspect of the Call for Tenders.
Failure to participate shall not be used as an excuse or pretext for errors, omissions or irregularities on the part of a bidder or supplier.
The contract award is made with only one supplier whose bid was found to be compliant and who submitted the lowest price. In the event of a tie, the Contract is awarded by drawing lots between the tied bidders.
SigmaSanté reserves the right, at the time of bid analysis, to refuse all bids submitted, even the lowest.
Bidders are required to read the requirements described in the tender documents. No bid security is required.
SigmaSanté does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the bids received. It also reserves the right to reject all bids received, if it deems it appropriate, without being held liable or being sued or claimed for any costs or losses incurred by the bidders.
