Description
Purpose of the call for tenders
The Government Acquisition Centre (GAC) is seeking bids for the acquisition of a cloud-based solution for the Aviation Safety System (SMS), which includes a user fee payable monthly based on the number of actual users, estimated between 225 and 300, for all required services, such as configuration, configuration and components, data conversion, resource training and maintenance (upgrades) and technical support.
Subject of the call for tenders
This call for tenders is for the acquisition of a cloud-computing solution for managing the aviation safety management system (SMS) of the Direction générale du service aérien gouvernemental (DGSAG). This acquisition includes rights to the use of the solution, payable on a monthly basis, according to the number of actual users, which is estimated at between 225 and 300, and to the use of all the services required, such as the solution's parameterization, configuration and components, data conversion, resource training and maintenance (updates), and technical assistance.

Only bids received no later than the time and date set for the receipt of bids will be considered, whether they were transmitted on paper or through the Government of Québec's electronic tendering system (SEAO) at www.seao.ca.

Opening of bids
Due to government-imposed health measures, the presence of the public is not permitted for this tender. The opening session with a witness will be filmed.
