Description
The purpose of the framework agreement is to provide accounting management and valuation services for collective investment undertakings ("UCIs") that are invested in securities and contracts, whether or not they are traded on a financial instruments market, and on an ancillary basis in funds investing in unlisted assets.
The holder will have to fulfil his role within the framework of the applicable regulations in relation to the management companies designated either by CDC as agent for the provident and pension funds (e. g. Ircantec, Ravgdt), or by the provident and pension funds themselves (e. g. ERAFP), as part of their delegation of management in the form of UCIs.
The incumbent will also be responsible for the funds managed by the internal management company of the caisse des dépôts group.
