Description

The contract for this tender comprises the following and is priced in price wish 1: audit and certification of the annual accounts and management report including audit reports. These are two statutory annual accounts of Dollard College and rsg de Borgen and the 2 statutory and 2 consolidated annual accounts of Onderwijsgroep Noord en Terra (see also chapter 3.5).- The audit of the annual accounts includes an interim audit and the year-end audit,- The audit of the management reports, in the sense that their contents are compatible with the content of the annual accounts (see also chapter 3).5),- After completion of the audit, the auditor reports all findings via the Auditor's reports on the fairness of the annual accounts and management report, which should be available to the management board and the supervisory board on 1 May of the following year,- The management letters n.a.v. the interim checks must be established no later than 1 October of the year to be assessed; - verification and certification of the funding data (see also chapter 3.6); (Assurance report); - the verification of the funding data includes a check of the counting data of 1 October and 1 February of a school year.- Control and certification of the target grants (see also chapter 3.7),- Control and certification of the incidental project statements e/a grants (see also chapter 3.7),- An auditor's report is required by a number of grant providers for specific grants obtained. The size and number of these projects varies annually; - Monitoring of education not funded by OCW (see also chapter 3.7); - Natural advisory function (see also chapter 3.8); - Education Group North expects a pro-active attitude from an accountant who fulfils his natural advisory function well in terms of content (see also chapter 3.8). These include: -- active signalling role in the event of changes in legislation and regulations with regard to the annual accounts and/or annual report, -- active signalling role in the event of subsidy possibilities, -- advice on the (re)organisation of processes.
