Description

imland gGmbH is looking for a service provider for the billing of inpatient elective and outpatient private medical services and, optionally, of BG cases, inpatient and outpatient treatments. The billing basis for imland gGmbH in 100 % of the cases will be the electronic patient file, which can be viewed via a remote access set up by the client. The billing basis for MVZ GmbH are billing sheets as well as various electronic patient files. Creation of the invoice in accordance with the provisions of the GOÄ and optional UV-GOÄ. Acceptance of all correspondence with patients, insurance companies, aid agencies and other institutions. Monitoring incoming payments and taking over dunning procedures up to the 2nd dunning level. Creation of a specialist reporting system in the form of an online portal with valid departmental guidelines. The Contractor shall comply with all statutory provisions and guidelines, in particular the Gebührenordnung für Ärzte (GOÄ/UV-GOÄ) (scale of charges for physicians), as well as all statutory and data protection provisions, in particular the EU-DSGVO and BDSG (new).Training with further and advanced training by trained specialists for all physicians who are liable to pay invoices on site and integrated specialist staff.Optimisation of internal hospital processes relevant for invoicing.
