New Zealand - ACC Advanced Notice: Integrated Services for Sensitive Claims (ISSC) 2020 Contract

Description

This is an Advanced Notice for all Integrated Services for Sensitive Claims (ISSC) Suppliers that currently hold, or are successfully awarded a current contract (Incumbent Suppliers) for ACC’s ISSC contract. The current contract expires on 23 November 2020.
This Advanced Notice provides information for Incumbent Suppliers to be able to prepare to apply for the new ISSC contract that takes effect from 24 November 2020.
This Advanced Notice is a continuation from the Notice of Intent that was published on 27 January 2020, which can be found at the following link:

Please note that the application process for new suppliers to apply to hold the current ISSC contract closes on 1 April 2020. No new applications will be accepted after this date. Please also note that the new ISSC contract, commencing 24 November 2020 will also be closed to new supplier applications, unless a service gap is identified.
