The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) Orlando, FL intends to compete the VEST III IDIQ Contract effort for a broad range of non-personal research and development analysis, studies, and engineering to facilitate the customization and application of Virtual Environment (VE) technologies to satisfy Navy mission simulation and training requirements.
It is anticipated that this requirement is set aside for small business.
A single award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract with a 5-year ordering period and a contract ceiling of approximately $20 Million is anticipated. Delivery Orders (DOs) may be issued as either Cost Reimbursable or Firm Fixed Price.
The VEST III IDIQ Draft Statement of Work (SOW) defines and provides the basic requirements of the general tasks to be performed under the VEST Research and Development (R and D) IDIQ Contract.
The draft SOW is available to United States Department of Defense contractors only; requests for the draft SOW can be made to Sarah Landers, sarah.landers@navy.mil.
