For this solicitation, DOJ BOP Field Offices- FCI MENDOTA intends to conduct an online competitive reverse auction to be facilitated by the third-party reverse auction provider, Unison, Inc. Delivery shall occur between October 1, 2019 and October 15, 2019.

Delivery of all awarded items shall occur between Tuesday, October 1, 2019 & Tuesday, October 15, 2019. Deliveries after the above deadline may be subject to cancellation. Vendors may request a delivery extension prior to the last date of delivery by contacting the Contracting Office of FCI Mendota at 559-274-4022 during normal business hours: 8AM - 4PM local time. An extension may be granted, up to a maximum of ten business days. The extension will be confirmed officially through bilateral modification of the purchase order and will be initiated by the contracting officer. The vendor will sign and complete blocks 15a-15c of the modification (SF-30) to complete the extension, and shall return the modification signed via email to the contracting officer.
