2. Contract Title.

ChemDaq Gas Monitoring System called Steri-Trac+2.

3. Background.

Environmental monitoring protects employees from acute and chronic health effects of sterilant gas exposure by recording concentration in real-time and providing alerts for proactive protection. Acquire this monitoring system is a change in our process.

4. Scope.

Acquire and install ChemDaq Gas Monitoring System called Steri-Trac+2. Consist of a three parts system, the sensor module, the monitor, and the wall box. This system will monitor Peracetic Acid and Hydrogen Peroxide in the Sterile Processing Department.

5. Specific Tasks.

Contract Management. Prepare a Contract Management Plan describing the technical approach, organizational resources and management controls to be employed to meet the cost, performance and schedule requirements throughout Contract execution. Provide a monthly status report monitoring the quality assurance, progress/status reporting and program reviews applied to this contract.
