The Veterans Health Administration Western States Network Consortium (WSNC) is seeking interested sources to provide Medium Cushion Full Face Auto Adjusting CPAP/BIPAP Masks for facilities listed in Attachment A. The devices must have the following Salient Characteristics:

Potential contractors shall provide, at a minimum, the following information to Erik K. Berg at Erik.Berg@va.gov no later than 8 August 2019:

1) Offeror s name, address, point of contact, phone number, and e-mail address.

2) Business type, size, and company's DUNS number. Small and Veteran owned manufacturers are encouraged to respond.

3) Offeror s interest in quoting on the solicitation when it is issued.

4) Offeror s Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) number if one has been awarded.

The capabilities statement for this sources sought is not a Request for Quote (RFQ) or Invitation for Bid (IFB), nor does it restrict the Government to an ultimate acquisition approach.  Responses received will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition strategy. The Government may or may not issue a solicitation as a result of this notice.
