The subject solicitation is for one NSN 6130-01-479-6012 POWER SUPPLY.

Estimated ADQ is: 234 EA

An Indefinite quantity contract with three base years and two possible option years is anticipated.  The total duration, base period plus option years shall not exceed 5 years.

Item will be Inspection and Acceptance at Origin, and FOB Origin as part of the First Destination Transportation and Packaing Initiative.

Military Packaging required.

This item is for DLA Direct (Stock) support.

The NSN will not have quantity breaks, as indicated by the market research and Government required delivery will be notated on the solicitation.

Unrestricted.

Item is a AMC/AMSC 3/B source controlled drawing, drawings will be available in the cFolders.

The solicitation will be made available on the internet at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil under Requests for Proposal (RFP) on or around the solicitaiton date of July 22, 2019.

Based on market research the Government will be using policies of FAR Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation.

While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final decision will be based on a combination of price, past performance, delivery and any other factors listed in the solicitaiton.
